I can't access the event
To participate on an event you must follow 2 simple steps:
First, for each event you have to accept the Cookies policy, with the objective of personalizing your surgical training!
Login/Register: On the right upper corner (hamburger button) you will find the Sign In/ Register Option.
A login screen will appear, where you must enter your eMail account and your password, if you are already registered. If you have any doubts about the password, you can reset it with the option Forgot Password?Or send an email to: support@aischannel.com
if you have not registered yet, join us by clicking the REGISTER NOW button. :)
I can't listen the video
VOLUME: you can control the audio volume in the option that you will find in the lower right corner of the video:
I can't interact in the chat
CHAT: in the chat on the right side, you can comment or ask questions about the event.
To do this you must click on the orange button “Click here to start interacting”:
You can also “Reply” other comments ;)
