Dr. Lluís Peri has a degree in Medicine from the University of Barcelona and is a specialist in Urology at the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona. Defense of the doctoral thesis "Development of transvaginal hybrid NOTES nephrectomy" in 2016. He has complemented his training at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital (Prof. C. Chapple). He currently holds the position of Head of Functional and Reconstructive Urology Section at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. His areas of interest are urethral and reconstructive urological surgery, functional urology and prolapse, robotic surgery and renal transplantation. He is coordinator and professor of the Master's Degree in Organ, Tissue and Cell Donation and Transplantation. He regularly participates as a lecturer in masters and courses on renal transplantation and urological reconstructive and functional pathology. He is coordinator of the Functional and Reconstructive Urology Section of the Catalan Society of Urology, as well as member of SINUG, EAU Section of Transplantation and the working groups of Renal Transplantation and Female, Functional and Urodynamic Urology of the Spanish Society of Urology. He is co-author of the development of the voiding diary as a mobile application eDM3D. He participates as a researcher in the study "Clinical Validation of Surgical Robot" (RETOS MINECO), as well as in multiple studies related to functional urological pathology and renal transplantation.
